We provide weekly service to the majority of our customers. We do have some customers who receive bi-weekly service due to the size and the surrounding area around their pool. We can help you determine the level of service you need prior to the start of service with Aquarius Pool Care.

How often do I need to clean my filters and salt cell?

Accepted Answer

Regular pool filter cleaning helps prevent major problems, keeps water clear and safe, reduces chemical costs, and prolongs the life of your pool system. Neglecting this maintenance can lead to poor water quality, higher energy bills, and expensive repairs. We recommend filters be cleaned at minimum of 2 times per year.

Salt cell cleaning removes mineral buildup from your salt generator to ensure efficient operation and clear water. The cell should be cleaned at the same time that the filters is cleaned to ensure the consistency of the pool water.

Absolutely. We are not a fly by night pool cleaning & maintenance company; therefore, we are licensed and we carry up to $2 million of general liability insurance.

Our weekly service includes equipment inspection, cleaning of any debris in the pool, as well as clearing debris from both the skimmer basket and the pump basket, adding any necessary chemicals to balance the pool water, and conduct any necessary minor repairs or adjustments to the equipment.
